I am 51 and married to the love of my life who also happens to be a shift worker. That is not only a reason, but a struggle for us to stay healthy. Together, we have four grown daughters which is my second reason to stay active and fit. From August to May, I teach elementary students. They definitely keep me active! During my quest of trying to stay healthy and fit, I have discovered many resources that increase my ability to continue doing the things I love.
